Immunization Information

PA Department of Health, Division of Immunizations:

Pennsylvania law requires that every child attending any school kindergarten through twelfth grade must be properly immunized. Please refer to the PA Department of Health Website: http://www. health.pa.gov or call 717.787.5681. These requirements allow for medical reasons and religious beliefs. If your child is exempt from immunizations, he/she may be removed from school during an outbreak.
